Note: This Heat Transfer lecture series (recorded in Spring 2020) will eventually replace the earlier Heat Transfer series (recorded in Fall 2015) in a couple years. The old lecture series had some errors and was lower quality.

Your videos are the only reason I passed heat transfer. You explain it in such a simple way that with everything from previous knowledge in Engineering Analysis helped me pass. The biggest lifesaver. Thank you so much!!!

If anyone is wondering about the disappearance of negative sign from the heat flow formula at 43:22, it's because of the mistake in T(r). The denominator should be ln (r1/r2). So when it comes to heat flow, the negative sign was used in natural log making it ln (r2/r1). Hope this helps.

Hi Sir, Thanks for sharing. I need assistance, what if the case I need to find the energy (Q) but i dont know the wall Temp, Ta or Ta/b or Tb. The parameters available only Ti and To. How should I estimate the unknown temperature? Thanks

You will know atleast one of the parameters. They are the ones your finding so no need to estimate
