They hurriedly instructed the IGP to investigate and prosecute. Now the case has gone to court and is sub judice. I don’t support this guy but the moment the case went to court, the senator cannot speak on the matter in public. Stop crucifying the senator because as much as I want Abbo to be dealt with, he’s correct on this issue. The law is clear that once a competent court of law becomes seised of a matter, you can no longer comment on it outside the court. I know most lawyers breach this principle but it remains the law.
