Thanks from Australia, the heater core is pissing bloody water over my passenger side floor and steaming up through my windscreen vents in my Nissan Pathfinder. Now I can fix the prick of a thing and get back out into the Aussie bushland for some good times.

Gonna try this, however grabbed the wrong size connector. My hoses are bigger than the 5/8 connector shown in this video. So my mistake for not confirming the size of hoses before buying it.

Camera problems....

I have a Toyota Camry LE 2001 2.2 liter 4 cyl engine . When i was driving it today it smells like a burnt rubber . i already fixed my brakes ..I have no experience on this kinda issue . . Any good info would be appreciated. Is this a sign of a bad heater core ?

Well that work on a water hoses that connects even on a. Van ? Cuz I'm having issues with the hoses water/heater hoses from heater core line to radiator there's two and two heater cores tho. But it happened after putting in new thermostat , it's been sitting long time but as I fix one thing something else shortly follows:) let me know thank you

So just to be clear, u took the two hoses off the heater core and connected them to each other with that connector? My truck is leaking coolant inside on the driver side, would that stop it from leaking inside until i can get the core changed?

My 2005 Dodge Neon is leaking coolant under the foot pedals and no hot air is coming out of the vents can this mean it's clogged or did the whole heater core give out and needs replacement

hi friend 1. can a clogged heater core cause engine overheating? 2. can a DAMAGED heater core cause engine overheating? 3. what would happen if you cut the inlet and Outlet hoses but don't join them together? 4. how would I know if the heater core is simply clogged or if it already needs to be replaced?
