The stability ball is back! We are getting in a total body workout today using just a stability ball aka exercise ball aka physio ball aka awful torture device ;) This handy, inexpensive piece of equipment can increase the intensity of many exercises by forcing you to engage your core, activating stabilizer muscles and challenging your balance. Remember practice makes perfect-ish. It's totally normal for your body to shake and to feel uncoordinated. With each rep and set you will only improve.

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
2 Stability Ball Circuit 40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each
Cool Down

Okay, I’m humbled. This should be called the INstability ball workout. Sooo much going on here. Just notice how still Heather’s ball is throughout. SMH

Did anyone else feel like pure hatred toward the ball just because it wouldn't stand still😂😂I felt like throwing it out my window. Anyway this was super hard but a great workout. Thx!

The feet placement from Heather was out of this world...she just placed herself way above a normal human.

That was the hardest workout I have done in a long time. I don’t have a great relationship with the stability ball, but I got through it! 💪🏼

Okay ... I just gotta report that my stability ball has a mind of its own ... Won't listen, does it's own thing ... bad ... bad bad stability ball ... In any case, I'd determined to tame the ball ... Too good . Was just thinking of using stability ball which was seen more in 12 week workout. Superb heather. Can't wait to do it 😘👍

I did this again after 11 months, and it's still challenging. My core needs to get stronger. I should do this regularly to see if I improve. This, definitely, isn't an easy workout. What a cardio workout as well!!!

OMG thank goodness for the pep talk in the description box! I was trying a little of the workout in prep for tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I've never felt so ungraceful. I could definitely feel my core though! Thanks for another challenge, Heather, you are the best!!!
