Awesome video. I noticed that you didn’t have a high temp aqua stat but wires instead. Did you bypass the high temp switch? …….reason I ask is I just moved into a new house with a heatmor and the blower won’t start. (I suspect a bad aquastat but the part is $250)

At 10:58 in the video I'm pretty sure there is a thermostat on the top right side with red and white wires going into a grey rectangle. If I remember correctly this would control the low temp level so when the temp of the glycol drops low it will kick the fan on and off when too high.

trying to get a rough estimate of how much wood they use Where abouts in North America are you. How low does the temperature get? How many square feet are you heating. 32 Cords seems like a lot of wood to go through.

@@workgloves9103 Hi sorry its 32 face chords so 10 or so bush chords. I'm in Southern Ontario. It could be a lot of wood. The house were in is not energy efficient. Its over 100 years old. We had a report done and it came back with 193 GJ/Year energy consumption where a new house is 76 GJ/Year. Were working on this but it will take a bit.
