What's Up Everyone?!
If you're like me, you enjoy watching 30 day fitness challenges and crazy body transformation videos. Recently, I had undergone a 100+lb weight loss transformation so I figured the next step would be to try out a 30 day ab challenge! Each day I'd do 100 reps of an ab exercise to see if at the end of 30 days, it was possible to get the results others have apparently gotten from these. I definitely expect barely any results for a handful of reasons (such as body fat percentage, caloric defecit/surplus affects, amount of reps, no progressive overload, and more), but the only way to find out is to try it out!
