I water fasted for 21 days (3 weeks straight) I lost 10 kg. Which seemed fine cos they told me it should go by the formula of number of fasting days divided by two. 20:2=10kg however all the others seem to loose a lot more weight with water fasting? My metabolism is naturally slower than other people's but still.... How come you guys manage to loose a lot more than me?

Hey, thank you very much! Height shouldn't be a problem, given your body is proportional. Usually the bigger factors are simply the amount of muscle/fat you have (more muscle/fat make it more difficult vs height)

Question: When I take a pic, and as I’m about to post it on my story, my friends list comes up and only certain people have purple rings around them, despite me watching their story before. Does that mean they have a private story that im not allowed to see? Or why is there a purple ring still on someones name ONLY visible when i see a friend list in the posting a pic section?!!!!!

Hey, so in that case specifically it could be a couple things. Snapchat on some devices separates private stories and regular ones so it's possible you saw their regular story but not their private one. It will still show the purple circle and lock around their name even if you saw their private already in that specific case too. The only way to see someone has a private story, is to be part of it so keep that in mind. Hope that helps

Hi, I asked this question on another video, but I'm a ballet dancer interested in Bone Breaking and I was wondering if you knew anything about the long term effects of Bone Breaking on joint health. I'm 30 now and I don't want to ruin my joints and cartilage. Thank you!

Hey, I can't say there's a ton of info on the long term effects but as of rn if done properly, there's been no major long term effects I've heard of. There is a bit of pain and discomfort involved when learning, but with proper rest and recovery it goes away as your body gets used to it. There are plenty of bonebreaker over the age of 30 with little to no issues to date as well. It's important to simply take it slow and stop if something feels a bit too off

I attempted a 21 day water fast in January of this year, primarily for Spiritual and cleansing reasons. I had read a lot on the subject and many people had positive outcomes. I did not. I ended up in the hospital at day 17 with severe intestinal damage. I went from 130 pounds down to 112 in that short time. Fast forward to today. I eat a mostly healthy diet, lots of fruits and veggies, low fat, low sugar, low salt, low carb. I have gained enormous amounts of weight! I'm 152! I'm heavier than when I was pregnant! Lesson learned :( A serious diet and exercise regimen is in my future. I've never had issues with weight until I tried that darned water fast :(

I find pizza and cakes to be disgusting and unappealing because i have completely changed my life. Cake is so oversweetened and pizza makes me bloated. My cheat food would be tortilla chips.

@@JamalJamal-es8fp I'm being completely honest and truthful, meat - even shawrma- does not appeal to me. And I am married, 20 years, to a Moroccan. He also stopped eating meat (on his own, not because I asked him to). Though we do eat eggs and yogurt.
