I'm with Chloe Brennan, the only woman who was able to pick up The Dinnie Stones and the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic. She's training to lift them again at The Gathering in two weeks time, so I join her for her last heavy session.

I was fortunate enough to see Chloe lift the stones at the Arnold's and everyone was blown away at this little girl pulling that weight off of the floor after the much bigger girls failed. She was such a nice young lady also. Very impressive and exciting! Wishing Chloe the very best!

Wonderful video, great advice. I will be heading to Scotland in Summer of 2024. My long term goal is to lift the Dinnie Stones and the Inver Stone on the trip. I will be bookmarking this video for when I get a few months out from my trip and train more specifically for the Stones.

Even attempting the top weight during training is mad, as Loz said, most poeple only go to the maximum AT competition. Chloe has a HUGE future in strength and its exciting!!

I know they allow sleeves to lift. Anyone know of they allow multi ply sleeves or they have to be 7mm comp sleeves. Just so I know what to train my lifts in (i have both for ipf and then training for wraps using triple ply sleeves)

Question: From what I've found online, only 4 women have lifted the Dinnie stones but all of the records say "as of 2019". Is Chloe number 5 or has there been someone else in the past 3 years?

I´m at 115 bodyweight, and the absolute only way I can lift myself is a straight vertical push. So you guys lifting those weights, is really insane to me

732 pounds? My God, she's a legend. I bet that smaller ring really bites into the hand, almost more impressive as a grip feat. I wonder how much Chloe can lift in the "hip lift" event.
