you really explain it very well! I also noticed that many of those verbs are similar to arabic and their conjugation too... ane kotev - ana aktab, ane okhel - ana a'kal, ro'eh- ra'a... etc... I like very much your videos Maha! don't change, remain that person who you are! ;)

i really really like these lessons so much i start to like hebrew just coz of ur way of teaching its so cute and helpful at the same time coz my last hebrew teacher she was with half teeth and bad smell :D any way i would like to add a lesson about love and how to say i love you, i miss you , and habebti wo 3omri wo 7ayati things like this and.... good luck :) keep the good work

Super easy explanation thanks!!! I've got just one question why did Kotev become kotvem? shouldn't it be kotEvem? Are some sounds omitted when conjugating the verb in plural?

@zapataj7 The letter ש (shin, sin) can express both "sh" and "s". For example the word ישראל is pronounced "Yisrael". Sometimes you may see a dot on the left hand side of the letter - in this case ש would be "s" and, if the dot is on the right, it would be "sh" as in יש ("yesh"). These dots (niqqudot) are rarely used, though, so you need to remember, which words have which letter, just like with letters "tav" and "tet"

can you explain why okhel in single (okhel,okhelet)the e stay in the verb but you deleted it in the pular (okhlem,okhlot)

What do you do if you're addressing a mixed, (male and female), or unknown, audience? Is the default plural masculine, feminine, or some hybrid?

no, somtimes in hebrew there is another sound 'at but is just for female so it's goes like that: ani shoma'at - at shoma'at- he shoma'at hu-shome'a -ata shome'a -ani shome'a in the plural you'r right just right ani-hu-

Aiuto!!!!! Maha, al presente (participio) i verbi sono vocalizzati tutti con x-O-x-E-x? Ho notato che nei verbi che dai, la prima vocale è sempre O e la seconda è E. Succede sempre o quasi? Se io devo pronunciare un verbo ci devo mettere queste vocali in mezzo?
