Amen! I grow bitter when I sin and can't be Holy. Thank you Jesus that you have given us righteousness and removed this bitterness in my heart! God is good friends.

This is amazing. So right on. So encouraging. I'm almost 29, and I'm glad that there are true examples like Misty to encourage us. I can see areas in my life where I have gotten weary. I remember being 20 and 21, in the same place she described where we were all going to be Marytrs, and the Prize is Jesus, and that's all we cared about. Thankfully, God has placed us, my wife and our kids where we are to pursue Him and love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. This is my true desire.

Hebrews 12:3-4 is very important: "Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won’t become weary and give up. After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin." All it takes is just one moment of not looking to Jesus and His work on the cross, and one will not do very well in running the race with endurance no matter how hard one tries.

This is real. I know we have a guardianship of our hearts, to keep the gardens of our soul in Jesus, His love, light, which requires radical obedience. WAKE US UP HOLY SPIRIT for the Glory of Jesus.

Though the righteous falls seven times, they get up, again and again, repenting, turning from sin, to LOCK gaze with HIM, King Jesus, Lover of our SOUL.

Deborah Driskell perfect comment! I used to say the hardest part about following Jesus is getting back up after you've sinned. shame and guilt want to keep you at a distance. but when you realize he is our only source of holiness we must go straight to him after falling. we don't need a transition period, we need to get up every time and run straight to him!

Sure! I'm using two different songs from Sleeping At Last. The first is called Atlantic. The second song starts 3:27 into the video and is called Pacific. Those two are repeated, and then 10:20 into the video I used Selah by Jon Thurlow. He's also part of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City.
