It originates in India, Sri Lanka, and some of the surrounding regions... I don't know if it has anything to do with the genre of music Heilung makes, or if they just picked it because of the sounds it can make. But it was certainly a good pick I think!

I've seen Heilung last year in Munic - and the show was already impressive. Especially in the beginning they also worked a little with scents (incense etc.). I can only recommend it
