If you go to Heilung channel and scroll through all the comments, you will eventually come upon the lyrics. Most of which I don't know the language.

Heilung actually means healing, all of their songs are ritual that you are participating in - they sing in a few proto Indo-European languages. This one is based on a Runestone telling of an invasion from the north (I always imagine it was the christianized Rus invasion). Maria's voice is enchanting - the human bones she is tapping really bring authenticity

Filming inside this bamboo forest was so lovely, it's a beautiful site to see. When I first heard this song , I knew I had to create a video and the bamboo forest was the first thing that came to my mind.

It's beautiful, but why bamboo? For this music, I would think of giant oaks and tall evergreens.

Captivating sound & vision. Deep dive in a magical forest, amongst awesome bamboo trees, enchanted by superb creatures in their full free swing. Mysterious owl’s flight, wings wide open & focused elastic sneaking of a wondrous wolf in the snow, make a stunning scenery. Music interlaced with branches, chattering of birds’ wings, playful jumping of a bear, fresh animal traces, liquid sky & wet ground….is there anything more one could search for!? 🦉🐻🐺
