​@@_Brilliant_ Don't worry. You will receive it. Make sure you connect to them the correct way. Replying the email sent by kickstarter will not reach them. If you still didnt a tracking number, most likely you didn't shbmit the mailing address survey a long time ago. They actually emailed every person who didnt submit the survey but, again, ignore by many people. Check your email and spam email folder.

I forwarded your message to them. They will check on it. I guess they should have your email in file.

Sorry for the delay. They finished all kickstarter orders now and are in the final stage of delivering the Indiegogo orders right now. It is hard for them to give you the exact date as the production of this tripod is really tough. Everything is so well designed. A single marginal error will cause the tripod not passing the QC. They are not sure how many copies will pass QC every day. But you certainly prefer a high quality product, not a rush delivery. They realized this problem and are creating a second assemble line but is too late for this batch.

BTW, if you are in US or countries other than China, you may consider paying extra air freight fee and request to be delivered by air, then you will get it in 7 to 10 days. They didn't charge any shipping fee (which is actually not a good idea) for US customers and only $20 for European customers which is not enough to cover the cost. That's why they ship by containers using ocean freighter, taking 20 to 40 days.
