It's been a whiiiiiile since my last tutorials. After quite a lot of requests, I'm back at it ! And I'm always enjoying making those adding a bit of fun.
Here is my Helicopter tutorial + some extra ideas to use it into cool variations. I hope this can help you.

Salut alors merci bcp pour ce tuto mais en dehors de ça j’ai une question, (un problème surtout) J’ai appris ma roue en commençant par la gauche et mon costal par la droite, je ne peux donc pas combiner les deux ,que faire ?

How do you do an aerial helicoptero?

Cette figure nécessite-elle une certaine souplesse ? (P.S je n'y arrive paaaas )

Oui, travailler la souplesse de jambes et du dos permettront d'alléger l'effort. Tout aussi important que de de travailler son aisance en appui sur les mains. Courage !! Un peu de travail bien régulier donnera des résultats ! C'est un mouvement qui demande beaucoup de répétition et un bon timing dans la poussée d'épaule et l'ouverture bassin. Le faire avec un appui main sur-élevé peu aider à comprendre au début.
