The main different is the material as V450D01 is made by full metal and carbon while V450D03 is made by full plastic. However, please note that Walkera is more professional in plastic models but not carbon and metal ones. And V450D03 comes with new design and much lighter than V450D01, thus, its performance is very good. :)
