After Moffet took over the consistency of the show just plummeted to ridiculous degrees. And the plot just started to seem so dumb ?? Not to mention the needless shit he added to gallifreyan culture like ACTUAL HOMOPHOBIA (Despite Russell T Davies's clear build up from the beginning of the series of TimeLords being fluid people in almost all aspects.) So glad Russell is coming back.
