Seasoned with apple and honey rub left in fridge overnight.
250f all the way through
Started to glaze from internal of 135f
Simple glaze 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup honey 1tablespoon of Dijon mustard. A good shot of bourbon.
Pulled at 145f and my god it was good. 2nd ham ever done
