The alignment of the HMCS is not correct. You can set it up on the DED Page after Cold Start. Check the Videos of Wags :)

Love the videos! Just so you know, the startup procedure has changed so that you have to align the HMD before takeoff so that the lock-on boxes actually line up with the radar targets. That's why you couldn't see that A-10 that you locked onto- it was down and to the right of the box because the HMD wasn't aligned. Just some knowledge for the future :) Keep up the fantastic work!

Do you prefer having a wide screen v lmulstiple separate screens at different angles? only benefit i can think to multi screen is multitask

Not used multiple screens before in gaming, but i imagine the ultrawide is nicer in terms of no bezels It's wide enough to almost use it as two screens in terms of other apps/windows etc

Bro! Great video! Your dogfights are so exciting to watch. I noticed while you were struggling with that one Tomcat (nice maneuver kill btw) that the AIM9 said 'slave' instead of 'bore' so that was probably why you couldn't get a tone. All good tho. I had a question for you about the Viper.... how did you insta-drop your tanks? I always have to go through the MDF, S-J, select what to drop and then pickle. Is there a mappable button or other command to drop them super fast like you did? I'm still learning the Viper. Thanks for the upload!

in the viper the emergency jettison will drop everything but Air to air stuff. so you can Emergency jettison with a full load of 6 missiles and you'll just dump the bags and bombs (or anything not air to air.) In the Tomcat, M2000, Hornet, and AV8b it doesn't work like that, and you only keep sidewinders on two stations or something like that. (depending on jet) But on the viper the master jettison is like "dogfight mode jettison". Hope that helps you out.

@@stephensanford5273 Ahhh. Thanks! I was kinda hoping that wasn't what he had done. Hopefully this wouldn't drop a TGP, if equipped. I'm familiar with the emergency jettison on the Warthog and never really tried it with the Viper. I often do A2G missions so this method would not be ideal. H82 does lots of dogfighting so I could see this being an ok tactic in that case. Thanks for the info.

@@tehbigshow glad to help, and no the targeting pod doesn't drop on the viper. I don't fly the Hwag much, but I know that the Viper, Hornet, Tomcat, and Harrier you can't drop the targeting pod no matter what.

Yep as mentioned, lazy boy emergency jettison for tanks and A2G when needed I try and avoid doing it if I'm on an A2G session, and use SMS if time allows Glad you enjoyed the video bud, thanks for watching

Yeah bud I was running a custom set up for chaff/flare 6x chaff .300 secs apart per depress But that's only 10 pumps still in the viper Thanks for watching bud

Hellreign, Not long ago, perhaps 4-6 weeks if that long, there was a live thread, feed, "Livestream" (I'm old so I'm not sure what the technical term is) ...any case, it was DCS people for the most part and wannabes like myself...Anycase, I randomly chimed in and asked if anyone had any information about you because it had been over 2 months at that point since last posted...many did respond but none knew what prompted the abrupt ceasing in posting...or should say in creating, editing then posting... With that said, I am not interested or asking for a reason....in fact, is none of our business. Whatever the reason is, I pray you, your family, friends are doing well and this choice was 100% voluntary... Also want to emphasize, regardless if BOB is blowing your phone up with messages or perhaps obtained a restraining order...JUST KNOW your loyal subscribers aren't going anywhere...or at least not voluntarily... so IF you chose to toss together a few things for a quick random video you post 1-2 yrs from now I can assure you those who can view it...will view it ...and appreciate it. In, closing, simply wanted to extend a sincere thank you for providing us quite a library to binge if no further videos are to come...and if one is added it will be put into circulation as well... Thanks again and Take Care... PS. By chance, you are not posting due to being incarcerated after being found guilty of numerous counts of manslaughter....more specifically, each count is based on the # of times Bob died in your presence...I must Protest such injustice...We all know, or most know that Bob was constantly distracting you, he often could be seen just sitting there, doing nothing except getting shot...when he wasn't getting shot or blown up in the air he was complaining throughout the missions and complained mercilessly all the way from altitude until you impacted terrain causing the common, predictable and certainly not unique hellish fireball to engulf each of you not just BOB...He's always seemed to have an elitist attitude, a superiority complex...The fact is, Bob knew he would almost certainly meet a horrific death at some point before the end of the mission anytime he flew with you...SO BOB---YOU CLAIMING THAT YOU WERE BLINDSIDED, COERCED INTO ALL OF THOSE HORRIFIC DEATHS IS COMPLETE & UTTER BS AND YOU KNOW IT!!! YOU KNEW GOOD AND WELL IT WAS EXTREMELY UNLIKELY FOR EITHER OF YOU TO SURVIVE...AFTER THE 1ST 10-15 TIMES YOU SHOULD HAVE PICKED UP ON A PATTERN BOB!!!
