I dont know what percentages, but I known alot of people who didnt like military that just went with the community service and did other stuff. The incentives is you basically get paid for training, and you can try it out I guess. Its not a very long period tho. And when that is done you can always opt out. Like the service is mandatory, but after that you can just do whatever you want you arent forced into military school etc.
