The sauna talk was hilarious to me as I’m from Germany. I can assure you in most other Mid- and Northern European countries you can just go in naked. The towel is most of the time just under your body for hygienic reasons (your feet should be on the towel as well). But I do understand the confusion as I was horrified by the saunas in London as everyone was sweating in their swimming trunks and without a towel. Everyone just left with their sweat in their swimming attire and on the spot they were sitting on. But wouldn’t this make a perfect excuse for you both to do another trip together studying and enjoying the sauna etiquette in other countries?😁

Well Gentlemen, You suddenly popped up on my Instagram feed, and after watching a few Reels I was hooked, and found your KZfaq Podcasts. I have heard William on quite a few TV shows and read his newspaper articles, and thoroughly enjoy his thoughts and guidance. This show is fabulous and really funny. Love the podcast and just had my first ever G&D! Delicious! BUT: In saunas, never ever wear swimming trunks (or any other sort of clothes for that matter)! This is SO unhygienic, with all the microbes living in fabric and being well incubated in a sauna. The rules are simple: No sweat on the wood(en seat and back rest), ergo put a towel underneath and behind you. If you want to, you can wrap a towel around your waist, but please: No clothes of any kind!

Mines used to be vodka, I drank a full bottle of vodka when I was 14 and I passed out cold and was spewing in my sleep, wasn’t until I started drinking it as an adult that k got over it but it does need to be grey goose vodka though 😂😂

Talking of things that make you sick after a bad experience when I was younger I got very drunk on lilt and vodka and was very very sick, and to this day I have never ever had lilt again 😅😅 the smell makes me gag 😂

You certainly cannot get a six pack chiseled body if you`re swilling beer and having giant breakfasts like the one they put away in the place whose name shall ne`er more be mentioned. I`m 64 and have the outline of a six pack of for the first time in my life and all through a light calisthenic exercise program and intermittent fasting ( having a window of between 6/ hours a day in which you consume all of your caloric intake, doesn`t necessarily have to be less than normal) . I think Jordan works out a lot but doesn`t watch what he eats at all and drinks in hundreds , if not thousands of calories in alcohol alone.
