+myra B Actually, the best way to learn varies from person to person. It may work for you, but for most people the best way to learn is to actively question and understand the concept. If you are trying to learn facts, then yes, repetition is good. :)

i had an incredible professor for my immunology course, who happens to be one of the top faculties in my university. Your lecture on the Helper T cells was perfect. I never thought that I could compare anybody to my immunology professor, but you are just as good. You have talent for teaching that very few people have and this is why you are so successful.

Thank you so such for all this work. My daughter is lucky she can understand English, because her classes in our country (France) are so badly taught -not all but this year the biology one is particularly bad- that she learns things on KZfaq. The difference between these cells was so poorly explained that she was all confused and now she's fine.

Thank you for doing this, I love Khan Academy!!! I just wanted to let you know that I think you said or insinuated that the B-cell phagocytosed the pathogen and then presented it on the MHCII molecule. However, I don't think B-cells ever phagocytose and kill microbes. Either way this video was very helpful. Thank you!!

Thank you for your lectures, and I learned a lot. Ask a question: as the B cell take the antigen and digest it up, then mark the MHCII on the cell surface, the differentiation of effector cells happened before or after? I assume it is after. Then do effector cells all have this particular MHCII on their cells as well? are these effector cells also different in each individual? or they are all the same as the daughter cells of that particular B cell?
