As someone who's lived abroad and has friends who own pets and has seen take care of them, seen the people of countries like U.S, U.K, Canada, Australia, and Germany treat animals with respect by having literal helplines and an Animal Control Service dispatch; it's sad to say that Pakistan doesn't treat animals let alone humans with respect and love and needs a HUGE overhaul. It's not about religion; it's about the basic sense of humanity and humility.

@@konainkiani1194 @Vaashir, I understand the inconvenience that comes with having a dog as a pet; I understand how religious obligations might be negatively impacted due to impurity- with that said, when you leave them out in the open, they are treated with so much cruelty (especially in Pakistan) , they suffer hunger and homelessness or might eventually find themselves under a car. No animal should go through that. Logically having them as pets gives them the care and security they need. To keep your home pure, the dog doesn't need to roam around all over. Dogs are highly train-able creatures and extremely obedient. Give them the right atmosphere and they can be very calming to your well-being (as proved by the people commenting) and they will respect your space. I recommend to read the book: Dogs , from a sufi point of view Dr. Javad Nurbakhsh

@@konainkiani1194 it is forbidden to keep dogs inside your house but they can be used for other purposes like guarding, hunting but it doesn't mean you have to be cruel with them or any other animal Killing of mice or lizard is permissible only when they are inside homes, you can't to go jungle and go on killing spree just because they are considered harmful

That lady story was truely inspirational and potray the true bonding of animal and human relation. i have been working with a community called Pigeon lovers and facing the similar stories. They call themselves pigeons lover but they actually keep them to win money and maintain their status in the community as best pigeons racers. For achieving this goal no matter what. They use drugs, steroids, dangerous anti depression drugs. They force them to fly whole day in blisting Sunny days. i can feel the pain suffering in the eyes of Aisha because I know how difficult it is to educate our people. I wish you best of luck. I would like to meet you and explain all the dark side of pigeon sports in Pakistan.

My comment is for those hindud or indiana who kept saying that we kill so many animals on bakra eid . First of all before slaughtering them we keep a good care of them and slaughter them in most human way ,, we distribute their meat amoung poor so there is no comparison between bakra eid and general abuse on animals on daily basis .Secondly , what about kfc McDonald who kill almost 1 B animal per year nobody loves to talk to them and last thing is India itself is a biggest exporter of cow meat then should we say you are selling your mothers according yo your religion

@@sumeetsharma1456 you really do have to learn how living things are dependent on one another. And for your kind information they are talking about violence in particular against animals. You literally mentioned Pakistan , what about the other countries? They slaughter too , in a much more haram way. Please don't take away the main purpose of it by creating an illogical argument.

For others, this is more of a personal choice for them. Others donot color thier festivals with the Animal's blood. This is a religious mandate for you guys, I am sure you cannot deny that. Again, you forgot the answer, which festival you celebrate with joy without the animal sacrification.

@@sumeetsharma1456 this is silly argument. I was born and raised in the west, my country loves animals and does everything for its rights but at the same time many westerners eat meat. The same people who have dogs and cats in their homes are having beef burgers from McD’s. You can call that hypocrisy and ironic. In Pakistan however in general empathy for animals is non existent so what irony are you on about.
