This is what called a real podcast, keeping the realm of casuality, accepting the criticism with humbleness, a respectful war between an optimist and a realisting guy. Hiding a curtain from the society and endorsing the importance of growth mindset along with book-reading and critical/rational thinking approach. That's what I have concluded.

This is guy a little too good at: 1- problem solving 2- conflict resolution 3- data analysis 4- productive mindest 5- determination (IDK what's the motivation here but he is determined) and only because I am growing up to be his fan I am not joining devsinc, its better to do 2 jobs and have a healthy debate over marketing problems rather than being a yes sir!

This is what a leader/though leader is: making others better just by being in their company, inspiring those in despair, bringing out the best in others through their interaction. I am 24, just moved to Germany for a Master's in IT, and while living here; I am watching this "AMAZING PODCAST", I would say this is the best podcast that contains "POSITIVITY" and "MOTIVATION". Junaid bhai, the moment I start working here and earning money, I would love to pay you ( get the subscription to this channel ), please produce these kinds of "QUALITY CONTENT" for people like us who also want to become entrepreneurs. Invite these Great Minds on the channel so that our people grow and Pakistan grows. Thank You. This is the time to invite CEOs, not famous uneducated minds who just have f* money to show, please.

I like Junaid but he loves listening to himself and Usman is a positive person and believes in one changing his own circumstances. A nation is hopeless right now thanks to our establishment and their experiments. We need to give people a way out what ever that is. Everyone cannot leave Pakistan so we have to show ppl you can still survive and find ways. Not letting Usman speak and constant interference left me looking for a mute button for Junaid. I hope you take this constructively. Thanks

What a brilliant, motivating and optimistic mindset this person is having. It is quite interesting that how Usman is managing with the extreme frustration or disappointment with his skills

great podcast, as a young overseas pakistani, i love seeing the constructive mindset of pakistanis constantly thinking of ways the nation can be bettered. you don't hear this kind of talk from the average canadian. i don't know how far individual initiatives of people will take us (like Usman's theory of the self-taught dev freelancer or Junaid's school) but i think true, massive change can only be triggered by the people higher up in power. for example, i only taught myself tech stuff to get into a good university, to get good internships and stand out from my peers, but if we operate in self-taught freelancer silos without the environment a quality educational institution provides, we can't collaborate with others to build bigger things that contribute positively to the economy. most tech startup founders meet in college.

It is 3:15 AM, while programming a Mobile application for both iOS/android, I am listening to this tech podcast beside.I want to share some of my expiriences. I started an onsite job at a software house just after passing the 12th(2023). Note I've not started any University yet but ill definitely. Because till 11th I was able to realize that this unrelatable study material will not make me able to take a job or start any IT startup, This bookish stuff just give sense not money. So, I started learning programming while my 11th and 12th. And that struggle was really valuable for me for hunting many remote jobs, projects and that onsite job. The thing I came to know and it is confirm that (Mehnat kabhi zaya nhi jati, it is an investement).❤❤ Very inspiring podcast thanks to both of you.

I have completed this podcast in 5 days, so far, one of the most informative podcasts. The only thing, I will add is, if you are wondering that anyone from the government will see the whole podcast, that is not going to happen. However, a huge round of applause for both of you.

Why cant they pay the tax for their employees by themselves? Instead of waiting for the government if he wants company to pay the tax, they can pay the employee tax and return the money back to employees.

Really appreciate both of them especially with Junaid Akram how he is bluntly share his experience and disagree with the fixation that will not applicable in our country and also how Usman cleverly make his move to convince on his vision creating the picture that will not connect with the mass of Pakistanis. Junaid bhai headsoff❣
