My GP is interested in labs and blood pressure. I’ve been seeing him for 10 years for fibromyalgia, scoliosis, straight neck syndrome, IBS, inflammation, etc. When I asked for a referral to rheumatologist he looked at me like I had three heads.

Thx 4 reminding me our providers our human too. I 2 feel very frustrated with my Dr's. @ times. Leaving feeling helpless that this is really my life . 💜 Dr. G!

Re: your interest in Kahlo! There is also evidentiary proof that Czarina Alexandra, granddaughter of Queen Victoria, was a sufferer of fibromyalgia. She definitely suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome, and was ridiculed by her staff as a fake. She would talk about never having any energy and constant mid-grade pain. But when her hemophiliac son appeared to be drowning one day,she was the first one to save him, after which she immediately fell back in her chair and couldn’t move for days in extreme pain! There are several other stories like this. This happened to me several times also.

In the UK, the NHS is on its knees. I rolled my eyes at 20 minute visits. We get 10 (with general practitioners).
