Ma’am, I discovered your channel recently, and I absolutely love your videos, as a 19 year old your words are GOLD to hear. I have a huge respect of people that lived more than me and i always try to learn something. I wish i could just sit and have a nice conversation with you! A big thank you and a big hug from Italy🇮🇹💜 Be well🌞

Thank you. Only child…very stern mother and grandmother. Dad working double shifts. I spent time alone..or outside with my animal friends.i love and cared for my mom and grandmother as they aged..while working half days for a time. They were always so angry. I will have to email you to tell you about the rest. Hoping I find your email. You are such an aura of gentleness. You radiate calm and love and light. Each time I listen to you and watch you, I wonder what my life would have been like if I’d had some calm, gentle love and affection from my mom and grandmother. Doesn’t make sense that I grew up to be such an empathetic and kind individual. Really I can’t figure out how I learned to care and show affection. Thank you, dear Dee. I’m 76 and still miss m mom and grandmother…but never understood their anger and impatience with each other…and with me … and my animal friends. I feel I’ve found your channel because I am drawn to your patience, wisdom and gentleness. 💞💞💞

Hello from one 76 yr old to another 76 yr old in similar circumstances. Here is a quote, from whom I do not recall, that I find helpful. "If your wounded mom's higher self could speak to your conscious self...I'm not going to heal and wake up to my truth in this lifetime, but you will. You have all the codes to make it all happen for yourself and then you'll raise the frequency for all the collective." These are different words to express how you are such a kind person sharing your empathy with the animals and people you encounter and in doing so, making the world a better place! ❤ And this great compassionate lady, Dee, brought this together ❤

@@Cheshirelass Yes….my thanks to Dee and to you. I understand my mom was probably raised the same way. It here was no affection from her toward me. My grandmother had very little patience and tolerance. I don’t remember her ever hugging me. But…as she aged, and some health issues plagued her, I’d visit her with my daughter (who was about 2 1/2 yrs old). I was pregnant with my second child at that time. I noticed my grandmother mellowed. My mom still seemed irate with her mother, and I realized I was helping my grandmother more than my mom was. I felt sad for my grandmother, and she acted so different with my Lisa (who has been a teacher for 26 yrs now). I was determined to show my children love and affection…and to be patient with them…even after my ex and I split. Losing my younger daughter (vet tech) to heart issues so suddenly, at 36 yrs old, (like when my dad passed) was probably my fifth or sixth traumatic event while still coping with my own questions regarding life. I feel we all emit some kind of energy…and if we are kind and caring to others… well, that helps us and this universe. Still…I never stopped loving/caring for my grandmother and mom in their last few years. My dad was long gone. Thanx for your kind comment. Very insightful. 🩷🩷🩷. One thing I do remember. After I saw the wizard of Oz movie on tv, as a child, I wanted to grow up to be Glinda, the good witch of the North. She had that magic wand and always protected those who needed protection. Alas, I have no magic wand…but I have loved, still love very deeply and have always had an overwhelming desire to protect others from harm/neglect.

I like the "be calm" vs "don't panic" My daughter raised her kids with positive discipline by Becky A Bailey Instead of telling kids to get feet off the couch they'd say where do we put our feet. When the kids were 8 and 11 or so the could take them anywhere because they were so well behaved. They knew how to act and didn't behave because if they didn't they'd get in trouble when they got home. They're now 18 and 21 and delightful young people. Love your wonderful attitude. Glad I found you.

Hi Dee. So nice to hear you so early in the morning. Really good words of advice. Im 60 next month, but I so wish you could have been one of my teachers. You are so understanding and patient and very aware that children learn in different ways. It was just the blackboard and no calculators back in the day. My 5 year old granddaughter is really coming on with her reading. And today I'm going to relay to her mum your great advice with the cards all around the house. Fabulous idea!! You made me smile with saying 'don't panic', as I immediately thought of corporal Jones in 'dads army'. He was panicking himself. So funny! I remember I represented my school in 1974 for a life saving award which we won. Myself and another girl trained for months before the competition. And I remember we had to swim calmly up to the drowning subject shouting 'keep calm, don't panic'. Obviously not the right words to use! Hope you have a good day Dee, and many thanks for your kind words x

The people you attract are mirroring your inside. They bring emotions up which you locked away at some time in your life... That which hurts has actually not much to do with that guy, he just made you feel what you already had: inside of you... Pain is just an emotion that wants to be seen. When people say '‘you hurt me'‘, they actually say... I don’t want to feel what I feel. They reject a part of themselves. What happens next? God sends you the people you need... To let go, to release, to heal, to evolve, to ascend, to get this final realization, to get to the next level...

There’s a word I keep misspelling. Sence sense. I can’t believe I keep having to correct it. Like just do it right and be on your way. Mirror work helped. Like you can be drawn out in life but that’s because you’re drawing out a bit. Funny enough my most encouragement in life was when I was being functional. After that my most was just listen and learn off line. When you don’t exactly know what’s going on, that habit of self assurance does help a long.

I’m sorry for pausing again… clean language. That’s a good way of saying things. We can get so swamped in life. People who think have problems don’t realize ours are we go to work in life taking on things rather then just standing on things already. It’s pot luck if you you wonder. Affirmation is good. Someone or a to of people coming at you saying this or that…. Like tough experiences to get through. I had to use some affirmation even when I didn’t know what was going on.

Here's a thought: Developing friendships is easier when you see each other regularly and almost without fail. So consider joining a group that meets regularly and has members who almost always show up. It can take quite a while for true friendship to evolve, so be patient. And then, make the effort to see or speak to that person often, rather than just occasionally.

It would also be nice to see more of your dearest surely beloved feline. I’m fully a cat person. I saw him/her once in a vid you had made but it was brief. I’m currently seeing a male psychologist (I think he is a psychologist) and soon to attend the second appointment but I don’t think he will be helpful for me and imo you would be more of the type of person I would prefer to see for that reason. This is why I think if you would make longer videos going into subjects that you would speak to your patients about when you were still helping them as a therapist would help me out very much. ❤ Thank you. ❤️
