Did your customer not want sway bars? How is the ride quality without swabars? You didn't replace power steering pump? With ABC delete how is the power steering working? Thanks

No sway bars installed. They didn’t want them. It has significantly more body roll. Power steering works just fine.

One question: What about the sway bar? I have a s55, and preparing for the worst.....

What year is your s55? Does it have ABC or airmatic suspension?

@@HelpingHandAutoRepair 2004 s55. Tavarish on his sl installed sway bars. Also I don't like the hight of the car with the new setup. Right now I have a adjustable links, so my sits just right.

@@HelpingHandAutoRepair abc of course. The whole thing was replaced 4 years and 50k mi ago. Still perfect, just what if.

@@kristof4890 I would just keep the ABC if you just had it all replaced and it’s working fine. It’s more reliable than the airmatic. If you want to get rid of the ABC, then you will want to get airmatic front lower control arms in order to run a sway bar from an airmatic w220 car.

@@kristof4890 after for years hopefully you have replaced the abc reservoirs or you will need to replace the whole thing again real soon

Do you have to do anything to the power steering pump or any of the electronics when converting to a coilovers?

On this chassis you need to use the light fix module

You’ll have to change to the s500 power steering pump I’ve done a few of these in the pass . You can use the old abc reservoir .

What product name is used to change a strutmasters aromatic suspension

Wisam Al Air-matic suspension. I don’t believe strutmasters makes an Air-matic conversion kit. Check with arnott suspension systems.

James G there is definitely more body roll. I honestly would NOT recommend these struts to anyone. They are garbage. I only installed them as per the customer’s instructions. He already bought them and wanted me to simply install them. 🤷🏽♂️

James G any modern day coilover set should be fine. Just search w220 coilovers
