Is the rubber seal on the piston lubricated? They tend to have a bit of grease on them. The other cause could be that the exhaust passage is blocked by something. Without actually looking at it I can't give you a definitive answer I'm afraid. If you cleaned the chamber/piston out, then add a bit of grease to the seal. Double check smoke fluid hasn't made its way down the exhaust pipes, blocking it.

@@trooperwolfie I disassembled the whole thing inspected the bore for the piston, lubricated the rubber piston with plumbers grease reassembled it and ran it but it still bypasses the piston and puts more smoke inside the tank than out the exhaust. I checked both ports on the heater box both were open blew at thru the tube and exhaust stacks all were open also. One thing I can say is the gasket material they use on the heater unit is about as sub par as anything I have ever seen.

@@georgedistel1203 yeah, the gaskets are crap, try some electrical tape around the lid/housing to seal the smoke in. Just make sure there's no smoke fluid on the outside of the housing.

Hi, it's a Clark TK 40 board I'm using, I made the speaker box myself from 1.5mm styrene sheet. The tubing I'm using is from a peg feed giving set from work but silicone tube from an aquatics pet store will work well. The holes In the side of the speaker box/smoker box are 4mm diameter.

So the pressure inside the box actually pushes out through that tiny 4mm hole, I'm going to try this on my hl tiger 2 tank. The aftermarket blower set is ridiculous with the constant smoke pouring out, like the engines about to blow up 😂 What speaker are you using ? I'm thinking of using visation rfs-7 4ohm speaker for good sound as the visation fr8 8ohm I have now is a large unit at 8cm in diameter

I use Mega Steam (odourless) which I bought from Forgebear tanks in the UK, they do scented versions as well to represent the smell of different types of fuel or smoke. I have used nicotine free vape oil as well and it worked, but it stank of peppermint lol. I also tried baby oil, it kind of works for a bit then buggers the heating element up. Mega steam is definitely the best, and is made specifically for this purpose. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻

@@trooperwolfie some1 poison her twice and shot her with a pellet gun I had to make a hard choice I gave her to my mom I miss her soo much I gave soo much for my girl fb go fund me help me first time she got sick second time I pretty much sold everything my tools my die cast collection of construction machines and my coin collection been depressed everything gone and my dog dec 23 that’s when it started hand feeding her water and food she relapsed once she got better then she got shot with a pe gun then she got sick again

Hi, it was a visaton speaker, I can't remember what model exactly. I'll try dig it out and get back to you on that. It's encased in a styrene box I made myself.

I don't even use a fan, I've removed it and made it into an acoustic smoker. If you can fit the older smokers into my Matilda II your a better person than me lol.
