As a German, I didn't know Henning Wehn at all. But yesterday, King Charles spoke in German in the Bundestag (very impressive) and praised Henning as an intercultural ambassador. Rightly so. What a great guy!

Well the Windsors are German after all,well actually German Jewish.They sort of installed themselves as a new dynasty.They even got themselves circumsized by a special rabbi. Charles is an embarrassing geek and according to Dr David Icke are actually 🦎 🦎 🦎 's anyway.

I love this guy so much. I can't speak a word of German, and he's learned so much to speak in English to make me laugh more than English speaking comedians is crazy. Henning is so good.

I,for one, appreciated it as this clip was so long for my 64 year old brain to memorise that I had forgotten the bits he repeated. Shame really he did not repeat it all. Nurse !!!!!

I met a chap once from Poland who worked in England with a lot of Irish guys. His accent was English with a heavy polish slant... but the occasional word was Irish and he said "mate" a Londoner. Was 'triffic.

@@wrightyy I met a guy from Bosnia a few years ago, who had lived with a bunch of Rastas since he moved to London. He spoke with the thickest Bosnian+Jamaican accent...it was hilarious!!!

I’m trying to brush up my German in lockdown and just got to dative. Eine Frau has suddenly become Einer Frau and it’s doing my head in. 😆 Reminded me of this.

I started learning German in 1967 and still remember "der, die, das, die, etc" and lists of prepositions which take dative or accusative cases.

Don't you just wish it was that easy- NO ! German grammar is designed to deter any foreigner for the rest of his/her life - a sort of self defence mechanism...

Their parents wanted me to do non-stop grammar drilling for 6 hours a day - because that's how german children study their own language in school. I just showed them Dr Who videos in short segments, and we discussed the language used in each. Some were amazed to discover learning english could be _fun_. Others said to me, "Can it be that simple in english? Wow."

Other commenters were saying lovely things (about Henning) that made it feel good and uplifting to read the comments. Then came yours:( Your prejudice and political leanings are on display, and you lowered the mood. Doesn't make you look good, (or superior).
