I found this useful trick to train your reflex to take up. I would jump (literally) out of bed when I first wake up for about a week or two, from then on, I magically develop this reflex that jerks me out of the bed as soon as my alarm rings. Have not use the snooze ever again.

I sleep at 12am, sometimes 1am when we have quizzes/tests to do in the next morning. And then i'll have to wake up at 5:00am, go to school at 6:30 then start the class by 7 that ends in 6pm. (that's basically 11 hours) minus the fact that you still have to do your works/study before going to bed. (repeats the whole process for a week) Sorry for my bad grammar, English is not my first language...

I sleep at 10.30 wake up at 6.00,go to school at 6.30.School starts at 7.35 and ends at 1.30 on Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu and at 2.30 on Fridays.And I have stay backs until 4 quite often.Then I do 3 assessment papers ,revise my Chinese,write notes ,do my school work and prefect projects including script and slide making.I normally finish at 8.45

I sleep at 11 and eake up at 5.50. School till 2.15/6.30 and so much hw. And im only in secondary 2! Rip me next year..

7:00 am is too early for me not really, I woke up 5:30 to prepare a food for my family and our school starts at 6:45 am in the morning in cebu philippines.
