I react to Henry Ford vs Karl Marx Epic Rap Battles of History (ERB). Funny, nice references, a few good moments with the rapping as well. Amazing effects as usual!

The “Pawned my own pants” line is actually referring to the extreme poverty that Karl Marx lived in so he had to pawn his pants just to buy food :)

Marx had seven daughters with his wife Jenny Westphalen and five were indeed named after their mother: Jenny Longuet, Jenny Laura, Jenny Caroline, Jenny Eveline Frances and Jenny Julia Eleanor. The only daughters not named Jenny were Eleanor Marx, Laura Marx and an unnamed baby daughter who died on the same day she was born. He also had two sons Charles Louis Henri Louis Edgar and Henry Edward Guy. Louis Blanc also called himself a son of Marx in an ideological sense. Ironic, considering how much Karl hated Paris, most of his kids lived there, isn`t it?

Thank you for the quick lesson, I wish school made history fun the way ERB and games like Age of Empires did. Did his children also agree with his ideas? Because if they disagreed, then living in Paris kinda makes sense 😂

@@xFayze Um, a lot of them agreed with the gist of their father`s ideas but disagreed with the violent revolution and centralization of production parts.

@@xFayze In fact, many of his fellow socialists called Marx a 'class traitor' and "Radlib sellout' because he and Engels were factory owners and the only things they liked about France was bourgie wine and champagne!

ERB has a ton of great stuff. Ck out Romeo and Juliet versus Bonnie and Clyde and Rick Grimes, versus Walter White, Jack the Ripper versus Hannibal Lecter plus they have a ton more.

Kinda seemed like you only reacted to this battle for the clout, ngl. You missed way too many hard-hitting lines (especially from Marx) and the only lines you gave a reaction to where the "school yard" lines. Henry Ford was blatantly antisemitic, to the point where he was letting his factories in Germany be converted to weapons manufacturing plants. Honestly, don't react to a battle if you know nothing about the competitors, or at least do some research beforehand. Very disappointing reaction, and your call to action for getting likes is just cringe. Don't make viewers feel threatened. A call to action should be welcoming, or have a drip of humor, but a menacing threat from someone who could be swept off their feet by a gust of wind ain't it. Now you could be a coward and delete my comment, or you can be a man and reflect on my criticisms from someone like me, a first-time viewer. One will get you nowhere in terms of channel growth, the other will help you out. Either way, it's your decision.

The few hundred view clout... that must be it. I clearly say that I'm not too well versed about the subject in the reaction. The point of the reaction is to be exposed to something for the first time. I understand it's not what you wanna see though, but youtube is not my full time job, and if I were to research every single thing I react to, it takes away from the fun. Especially when fans who understand more contribute to educating me in the comments, such as a few lines in your comment. Sneaky calling me names in between your criticisms make me less likely to listen to any of it. So be polite if you want to give real actionable criticism. Opening up with hostile lines shows you just wanna get your shit off instead of actually help the content become better ✌️ (I think I caught more lines than you give me credit for. I just didn't pause to point them out. My face reaction should have been the cue tho)

@@xFayze I didn't see a visible cue for "cranking out 4 severed fingers a week" or "shot them dead in the street". Really disappointed with the former, too. To elaborate, Henry Ford wanted to establish a 4-day work week so his employees would have the free time to buy and enjoy the same product they were making, and that's just something I remember from American History, in high school. If it weren't for his blatant antisemitism, Henry Ford would've been considered a pioneer in terms of worker treatment (for the time).

Bro, get a grip. You don't need to be knowledgeable on the subject to react to the content. For all you know this will spark his interest to learn more about the subject. The point is for him to "REACT" to the content, not present a dissertation on it. Although, his reaction for the most part showed that he had a general understanding of Ford and Marx backgrounds. He's a content creator and reviewing something popular is part of the job. Also, are you really shitting on him for how he promoted his own content? What he did was obviously him being funny, not a single competent person would think he was being serious. I have never seen such an outlandish complaint? Your approach to criticizing this creator under the guise of trying to be helpful was disgusting and unnecessarily aggressive. This is my first time checking out his channel but I feel like he did a fine job with this reaction.
