During the scene where a police helicopter is chasing you. The person with the sniper is named Samuel Mundy which is a reference to Mr. Mundy from TF2. If you do nothing, he shoots you in the head and says (with Puff’s voice rerecorded to avoid copyright) “Wave goodbye to ya head, wanker” and the fail text reads Boom Headshot which is a famous quote from Pure Pwnage. Also the bubble option is a reference to Sonic’s Bubble Shield.

10:25 you missed a reference here! The sniper on the heli is also from Team Fortress 2 and when you get shot he says "wave goodbye to your head weanker!" is also the thing sniper says when he gets a headshot

At 34:56 during the Skyrim pickpocketing scene, there is an item called Monstro's Tooth which is a reference to The Binding of Isaac item of the same name, which summons the boss 'Monstro' the help you.

10:25 when you fail to select anything and the sniper shoots you, the sniper says "wave goodbye to your head wanker!" Which is a reference to similar voice lines from the sniper in tf2. Also, the sniper is the same model as the one in tf2.

in one of "escaping the complex" ending, when you select the rocket option, this is a refernce to the Basic Rocket from Kerbal Space Program, and the fail message says: you messed up the staging, witch is something annoying that happens to players when they accidantaly open the parashutes while lifting up cuz of a stageing error they made

Another thing you missed when using the Jumble Hoppers three times and you get the achievement like a D6 it’s a reference to the song like a G6 by Dev. When using tools during the Final Fantasy fight, the hockey mask is from Friday the 13th and the chainsaw is from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. During the parachute fail text you click the fail text it plays audio from Spidlerman 2 where Doc Ock drops the old lady and says butterfingers. Also in Completing the Mission when using the hot knife option and you click on the fail text that says “Butterfingers?” It plays Doc Ock saying Butterfingers, then the audio of that one guy in Spiderman says “Woah he stole that guy’s pizza,” and then Peter Parker screaming when the building was collapsing. The Plunger Boots comes from Banjo-Kazooie, the Aeiou comes from Moon Base Alpha, When choosing boost up and bringing Ellie along with you the guys that are talking were references to games the guy with the Spear is Issac Binderson which is a reference to the Binding of Issac and his friend is Heath Stone who talks about his favorite Mobile Card Game Hearthstone, also when pickpocketing Issac, there are two references you missed, Issac has a receipt from GameStor, Parody of GameStop, where he bought Duty Calls 12, Parody of Call of Duty. The other reference was Monstro’s Tooth which comes straight out of The Binding of Issac.

7:11 No. Its now just about the goomba. There are 2 of the paintings for a reason. One small, One big. Why it's not just the goomba? Because there's a world where Ds yoshi, both Ds and N64 mario, Ds luigi and Ds wario can enter and I dont know the name but when they enter either the paintings they are Giant or tiny. So yea. I know this is late, but just know the Frame of Luigi is a Reference of a Scene where Luigi says "And you, gotta help us!" and the Goomba Picture Frames are noticeably different in size, being a clear reference to one of SM64's Portal Rooms, as which they're the same Picture Frames, and depending on which Picture Frame you enter, the World changes it's size.

Even in one of the paintings in Infiltrating the Airship (i think) is a visible drawing of that one Scout and Heavy Think They're Birds face. There's also a rocket jump reference somewhere, it's an option/

i don't know if this is my mind screwing me.. but the part where henry got stacked by those headcrabs during Half-Life reference makes some sort of beat.. which my brain says could be an easter egg..

I am probably the only one who commented about this but... No one talked about the fact that in Fleeing The Complex, There is an Animation of an Stick Figure stopping something or someone. Which is supposed to be a reference to The Lemming, a series that you have to guide little creatures, just wanted to point that out.
