Nice overview and demos. If you still have the 4x4 wheeled rover, it might be a handy platform to demo using the custom mount without fear of damage on a plane. See that manufacture has posted a nice youtube playlist of helpful videos in the last week. Once the manufacture implements MAVlink, this may provide a way to adjust some camera settings like orientation. (MAVlink support is "currently not yet open")

it takes care of the little fast vibrations! I didn't think it was going to handle that kind of jiggle. Neat! Might be the answer for my bouncy ardurover truck.

Sweet ! I been trying to make at least a 270deg pan gimbal for ever ,dare try and find a 270 servo 😢. This does it all ! 😊 Price is fair .I will get one . Of course you can run analog 19X19 cam !?

My Caddx is 19 x 19 so yes anything that size will fit.

Thanks Andrew, I would like get into FPV but I really can't afford everything that I keep seeing on tube! All the budget systems, on Utube, no longer seem available, mostly I assume because all the videos are a few years old. Is there simple system that I can just plug a battery into and it works, with a screen/goggles of course! Is there any suggestions you can offer, it will go on my Phoenix 2000 v2. Cheers mate.

Not likely to be in the market for this these days. But it did remind me that there's a plastic Walkera G2-D 2-axis unit in a box here somewhere and prompted me to check Tigger's video on that from a year or several ago. Plus another by some old antediluvian Mexican on the 3-axis version. Have to drag it out of the mouse droppings and give it to the Junior Brains Trust so we can see some less shaky vision of the newly mobile ankle biter brigade. 🤔😊

@@AndrewNewton if it locked onto horizon/angle mode, the gimbal could steady out like on a camera drone.
