RUNCAM is amazing, how stunning the image quality there cams can provide. I only have a 5 orange cube and it still wows me. I need to get something more compact like that some day.

When your flying FPV have you gone full digital yet? What system if you are using digital at all. I broke my walksnail in a move loved them but open to others apart from DJI. I like to fly further then the 13km, like our old school friends that all got busted in the early purge.

may we work at an idea?

IMHO IF YOU WERE TO STAND YOUR FOAM BLANK UP, ON EDGE, WITHE THE TRAILING EDGE DOWN TOWARD THE TABLE, AND LEADING EDGE UP, TOWARD THE CEILING), AND CUT MOSTLY IN THE VERTICAL "UP" DIRECTION", YOU MIGHT GET SUBSTANTIALLY CLEANER, FASTER CUTS, (BECAUSE THE WIRE WOULD BE CUTTING INT PREHEATED FOAM, (FOAM HEATED PRIOR TO THE PASSING OF THE WIRE,.. USING THE ADVANTAGE OF THE "RISING HEAT"...

On my Fpv plane I use 7 channels. 6 servos and 1 channel for motor control. Then I wondered if it is the same which ELRS receiver I use. Then intended to buy the new Jumper T 15. Best regards Geir

It’s a nice camera to use and I like the image quality. If it’s fairly bright then you have to use an ND filter or it becomes far to much over exposed. I wish Runcam would give clear instructions on how to set it up manually for different conditions. Auto is ok though. Nice review.

I've been liking that camera for some time. It seems to be more stable (less dropped frames) than the original, and the image is impressive.

SOLUTION to KILL Rudder / throttle mix control. Example in Assign switches Set Fly mode SWC (same as my throttle hold SWC switch) Then in Dual rates Ch4 rudder and switch SWC to sport (or Normal) with one Rate set at 0. Now the ch4 rudder will not work in one of the rates and not mix with the motors and motors disabled with either rudder or throttle. You can use different switches for whatever reason.

Nah…ardupilot is whorking great on mine. Why to switch?! I only need to change the stoc esc from manta 20A and I’m done with it.

I really like the new Speedybee F405 Mini Andrew...It just lacks a 9v supply for the HD vtx but I can live with it....Mine works great on my Versa Wing...Totally reliable, on Autolaunch....🤔😳🇬🇧😀

Great setup. The FC and servo did well keeping up to all the roll testing Thanks for the inspiration. Thinking same gimbal servo output could also be used on second servo to pan a camera. More pan looking into a turn as bank increases, while staying level to horizon.

I think you could throughput ailerons pwm to the gimbal.just need reverse the channel output signal.ailerons is keeping level by reducing angle of bank.

Bit of a waste using such a sophisticated FC for such a simple task. One thing to watch out for on these SpeedyBee Wing Mini's. The 6 pin JST GH plug /cable that would go into Uart2/Uart4 port on the left hand side of the board, has the opposite VCC/Ground orientation to that of the same port of the standard size SpeedyBee Wing FC's. I note this cable/plug assembly was NOT provided with the Mini, but was with the standard size, but don't go using the standard size in the Mini because you will have the wrong polarity with voltage, and are likely to let the smoke out of something. Don't ask me how I know. How could SpeedyBee get something like this so wrong??
