This drill is excellent for learning the hinge motion for an RDL or deadlifting. Today you’ll see how @thepanash uses it as a part of his deadlift warm up! . Shout out @emcrawfordcoach for the opening stitched video!

His roller looks narrower than most solid foam rollers I see. Do you recommend a certain diameter for this warm-up routine?

If ads are blocked, they don’t generate revenue, which makes the advertiser pull their ad from youtube. It’s about money, not control. If anything, bots increase user engagement. These platforms love bots. They don’t want them going anywhere.

Literally why are RDLs so hard to master. 🤦🏾♀️ I swear every time I think I've got it, it's like right back to square one next lower body day lol. Super frustrating.
@andyward843020 күн бұрын
Agreed. When I have my form locked in the weight feels so light, then one small change and like you said it’s back to square one.
@DuncanL797919 күн бұрын
Keep your head up, your legs stiff, your middle trap contracted, as well as your lats and SA, stick your butt out as you are in the lower part of the movement, and keep the bar tracking close to your legs throughout the movement. It's maybe 5 cues you need to be consciously aware of to maintain excellent form.
@orangemaniabrother223218 күн бұрын
At first I thought it was difficult, now not so much. The trick is to push the butt out to stretch the hamstrings and then thrust your way in to straightening up. Once you see it as a thrusting motion it changes everything
