There are a few ideas for quitting alcohol at home Try eating food while you are drinking - this cuts down the amount you drink. Take a break from alcohol. Make a note of how much you drink, then you know if you are cutting down. Set yourself goals - don't make them too difficult at first. Choose 1 or 2 days or each week when you will not drink at all. Next, try to stop drinking for one week per month. (I learned these and the reasons they work on Adoette drink plan site )

Sandy Sanzenbacher I buy all my teas at SOUVIA Tea. It is a small local store. I believe they have a website souviatea.com. You can also find these on Amazon. Look for organic kind.🤗
