I have Irish heritage and live in Canada, so what you said makes total sense to me! I love the Celtic view of holistic health, and as my country struggles with healthcare issues (and as I am into my 62nd year!) I am looking beyond traditional “healthcare” to remain balanced and healthy. If only more people had your sensible and wise approach to life! Thank you for a wonderful video!

I'm 64, Norwegian import to Canada since 2006. My heritage has little beings, underground folk, and such - largely suppressed by the early church, and watered out by mass immigration and TV in later years. It's so refreshing to have this channel, with many recipes, tips, deep-rooted knowledge from our ancestors.

Really loved what you said about how the plants 'decide' to offer their medicine, approaching them with reverence and praise, and communicating with the plant directly. Not seeing these natural beings as 'commodities'. Just wonderful, Terri, and inspiring as always. Now I want to go out into my garden this morning and start chatting away to my babies.

Thank you so much, Danu, for this beautiful video. I especially love the message about Truth. This world has really been taken over by liars of all stripes, and I have had enough! In the government, relationships, towns and cities, it's all full of liars. I moved out of my head and into my heart decades ago, and from that vantage point, I cannot lie even if I wanted to. I pray everyone just shuts up, listens to their higher mind, and only speaks the truth. It might help. I think it's a great place to begin.

Thank you! N. American indigenous people believed the same thing about spirit and how leaders could create illness. Also holding water sacred. I believe this is the truth and that leaders changed our beliefs to suit their agenda (this has been proved by oppression and colonization of Native American tribes). We should all go back to our original beliefs and see how positive our lives change

Music has always had the reputation of being one of the greatest natural healers! Good point! Just at the Greeks believed that music was the greatest drug because nothing else could so widely affect both the heart and the head at the same time. Wonderful's video! I remember commenting a year or two ago now and u explained in a reply how u acknowledge the plants and thank them for all they offer....I think it's a beautiful thing to do. Very nicely put! It is a sorry state of affairs. Too much belief in celebrities and leaders who are really (to put it mildly) not nice - and quite immoral. Thank you for helping me understand the circles - years ago when we were allowed to walk around the stones (before graffiti) at Stonehenge, I remember the swirly circles carved into the stones. It is sad that people can't go and touch them now as a child it was awesome to touch something that ancient people had built and tracing my fingers around the swirls.

Graffiti was mainly in the form of modern carvings, thankfully not unpleasant, just initials, but if everyone did that, I can see their point. But yes, a few swirls in places, some bigger than others but not many - enough for a ten year old to stick a finger in. There are stones in Avebury, but most moved, but there is a good avenue of the stones in place. Also stones in Scotland. Some great ones in Norway, not that I've been there but none are as huge as Stonehenge.

I've heard aborigines of all lands believed all things had a spirit. I'm enjoying homemade chicken noodle (Amish) soup & chili these days. Loved today's video Terry. I pray my little buch of wild clover that suddenly appeared in my planter survives the weather here in the Ohio River Valley. It's been so up & down lately! It'll fluctuate between chill wind & raining. I tried to cover it inside a white garbage bag, but it turned brown & started to wither. So now it is open to the elements. 🙏🤞

You’re a kindred spirit to me. I’m watching while eating breakfast, homemade sourdough waffles, surrounded by my dogs with birds coming to the feeders outside my windows. People rarely visit my home, but when they do nature and peace within it surrounds them so they leave well rested (I’ve been told). Placement in our lives is important for a healthy soul. I pray all who find your site will learn how to situate themselves in a healthy place in life.

Yes, our hospitals are on their knees in USA, rural hospitals are closing due to corporate greed. I wish I had learned about herbs and healing more as a young woman. I am studying herbs now and ready to do starter plants for the garden. I have learned so much from you and I don’t feel so intimidated in starting to do what I am learning. Our growing season is shorter here in Western Maine. The garden is a big help in retirement. I am infusing herbs and dried flowers now to make natural soaps and have the knowledge from watching you! So thank you! I love you philosophy on life also. I am surprised that I have not seen orbs around you in your garden. I am sure they are there. I have many around our gardens.

Just found you about a week ago. Actually, its the lies that have lead me here. Having been asleep a long while, although always knew something wasn’t right, so its somewhat a relief to know why I’ve never felt comfortable in this world. We started our permaculture garden last year after selling up and moving, to live a life more like my granny. Something I’d been wanting to do for a while. Those things you say, I can't agree more. I'm not surprised to hear Celts revered the world, recognizing spirit world and energy manifest in all things such as healing power of plants. An inclusive and fairly complete way of living in the world. My study and experience revolves around native (aboriginal) faith and thinking which is so similar to what Celtic people realized, spirit and energy in everything including thought, word and deed. If anything can save this current world from total destruction I hope it is this way of being closer to Mother Earth, distancing ourselves somewhat from this artificial world people and societies have created since the industrial revolution took hold, shaking the place up. Thank you Terri for this inspirational video. I am blessed to have found your youtube channel beginning of August/23. I can go back and watch so many I've not viewed. Tonight this magically appeared. I always wondered why I believed the rocks I'd collected as a child were special and alive. I seems the Irish tradition is very much connected with the native American ancient culture. It will be such a better world if we can all go back to the "old" ways and live in harmony. My Dad and I always valued Truth as being the most important thing, along with the Golden Rule. So lovely to hear your wisdom and be able to google your videos on youtube for wholesome, life affirming info, along with beauty, joy peace with a good measure of gratitude.

Thanks for reminding us all that what mother nature provides ( plant's herbs, flowers) are all natural and therefore can be used in many different way's healing , eating essential oils . Isn't it amazing what mother nature gives to us ? We need to go back and research how the generation's before us would have used them and what to grow .Dr are now telling us to get out in nature to help with depression and it makes sense to me . Just to walk amongst the trees and see new green shoots peeping through the ground gives us hope for the future .your videos are an inspiration to many especially in this crazy world and we learn so much so a big thankyou from windy , cold wales ❤ soon be spring xxx

Everything has a spirit! I think as infants we all have an intuitive awareness of that as we look about us in wonder and without prejudice. Sadly mainstream education and the largely unimaginative narrow-minded society of today (particularly in the western world) beats that intuitive knowledge out of most of us as soon as we're able to vocalise our thoughts. Luckily not out of all of us though 🙂 Was that Lol playing the pipes? It was absolutely entrancing!! Thank you x

Thanks so much for sharing the beauty that surrounds you and wise words about the ancient beliefs. Truth is definitely lacking in our society between the politicians and the news media. This lack of Truth leads to a lack of Trust which erodes out mental and physical well being on a daily basis. We need to disconnect from the noise and re-connect with Nature to restore balance and reverence.

Oh Terry, you are so right! Truth is the first thing to die in a war - but only if we allow it and only if we are part of the war. The only law in the whole world should be the natural law of truth. Unfortunately, many people believe more in money, plastic, technology, science - so they learned to consider it right although it is nothing more than mindfuck. There is truth in all of us, we strive for it and suffer when we don't live it because we ourselves can't recognise it as such anymore.... Thank you for this contribution! Beautifully said and so right. We are so disconnected. I have gotten way out of balance as of late. I know better. It just seems life is going sooo fast. I studied with a shaman for about 7 yrs after a near death experience, although I am a Christian, the connection to God is so real when you stop and "be" in His creation. We really have never left the Garden, we have just been blinded to it. I am sooo happy to have found your channel. I am 59 and my ma has been gone for awhile, and I miss her so much. She was a wise woman and my best friend. You and her would have been good friends I think.
