I couldn't find bungeoppang vendors on streets nowadays so I've made it by myself!
I mean, the ones you get from street vendors are definitely better but my family really enjoyed them! Maybe that's because the sweet red bean paste LOL
You should make the red bean paste sweet to mimic the flavor of vendors' !
Ingredients
adzuki beans,sugar, honey,salt
1C milk, 2Tb sugar 1/2ts salt 2C flour 1ts baking powder
Recipe
1. Rinse red beans and boil. Throw away the water
2. Boil the red beans again. Add more water if necessary to prevent burning
3. Add sugar, honey and salt to season the red beans
4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl
5. Add sugar and milk to the bowl and sift flour and baking powder. Stir to combine thoroughly
6. Oil bungeoppang pan, pour the batter and place the red bean paste on top
7. Pour some more batter on top of the paste, lose the lid and let it cook
