Saka and ESR only got chances because the first team that time was not much better than U21 itself. So including U21 prodigies in 1st team was much more easier. Now the team is title contending.

It sounds like a good plan but I don't see it going anywhere. As brilliant as Arteta is, he is very poor at rotating the squad and doesn't share the minutes well. Arteta already struggles to rotate Jesus, Nketiah, and Trossard this player will just sit on the bench and stop his development. It will be better for him to find a new loan club and play till the end of the season and we have a look at him properly in pre-season.

I completely agree with your argument. But he should be given a chance a first team last half of the season or at least before the window closes. Kane wasn't good either but spurs used him out of need when he was 20, and the rest is history. Why not try him out at least and see what happens. But I know as you already said Arteta has been and is reluctant to try out the youngsters, so it won't happen. But really it should hence we have trouble putting the ball in the net and can't sign a WC striker in January. It is a free shot to do it until the window closes.

@@wabalah1434 I'm with you, I'm completely for him getting a chance. But as I said, Arteta has this thing of not trusting other players. If Jesus is fit, he plays every game even if he's not firing, the same goes for Saka and Martinelli. That's the reason we don't see other players enough. If Nelson, Trossard, ESR, and Nketiah already struggle to get into the squad even if the other 3 play bad, how will Bireth get in. That's my only worry. I am not Arteta out or anything like that, I like Arteta and I think he is a good coach, but that part of his management is wrong and poor. A squad needs to be playing more together so that we can find solutions to problems.

@@afanwithagun Again I think you are spot on. He is potentially a great manager in my opinion and still needs his time to become that. But that does not suggest he don't have flaws like the one you discribe. I think it may be because he is afraid of losing control and losing points doing these things, at the same time afraid of disrupting the hierarcy of the sqaud to avoid confrontations among players. But he needs to get past that very quickly, especially when the ones he trust so much do not perform. But again Guardiola also needed time in City before results and his game went flawless, even though he had lots of experience from Barca and Bayern.

He is definitely our player. Works his socks off and good technique. He now has to be mature, be stronger, fine tune his skills and everything at Sturm Graz, i think where Haaland also went. They can make a good forward over there. Arsenal football club is burdened with top talents in all ages.

Exactly my thinking... reminds me of Højlund. Not just looks and age wise, but playing style as well. Højlund might have a slightly better physical package, but Biereth seems like the better finisher and in link up.

It's the loan that's done him good though he wasn't even bagging for our youth teams. He's come back fitter and more physically developed. I'd send him to Swansea in the championship where he will play a similar type of football to us, Swansea are in desperate need of a forward he would play most games. Then have a proper look at him in pre season in summer

Loved this guy from the youth ranks. Gives me prime Vardy vibes. Menace for defenders. Never seemed so popular at Arsenal. I pray they do not sell him. Sell Eddie, buy a top scorer, bring Biereth back, alternate Jesus mostly with Saka on the right wing.

It is totally different style of play, it is more playing the ball through the middle with players running on to it, whilst at Arsenal it is more passive, it's about getting the ball and finding the next pass. Eddie should of spent more time on loan to develop. I think this guy shouldn't be rushed. If we signed Benzma on loan then working with him on the training pitch he would develop better.

I don’t see much pace. And to replace Saka he’ll need dribbling skills which he does not have much of. He’s more of a striker who’s clinical. But I don’t believe he’ll cut it. He’s definitely a premier league type player though with physicality and aggressiveness. Btw, I wish I’m wrong.
