great vid. Am i the only gunner that thinks Zubimendi/Guimaraes would be a silly signing? Zubi is basically a short version of Rice without the goals, passion and leadership qualities. and Bruno is basically Jorginho with less passing range and way more athleticism. Either we get a pivot and rice drops back to his West ham Role, or we get a destroyer Makalele esque anchor man and let Rice flourish in the pivot. Look at the difference when Partey played behind Rice and Ode at the end of the season vs How we played with Jorginho behind rice, someone who can't make that game saving 1v1 tackle. It worked, but Rice still had to be caught in between the two positions. If we are going to fork out 40-50 mil for a midfielder, I'd rather us go for someone like Onana. Who can play a decent pass and score 3-6 goals a season, but will make that 1v1 tackle 99 times out of 100. leaving Rice to fully commit to that pivot role. If arsenal has Onana (or similar mould), or even a fit Partay in that midfield last year for the whole season, we win the league all day.

I agree on Onana. There's nothing crazy impressive about these highlights + he's playing in Spain where players have so much more time on the ball and don't have to worry about beating the high press all the time

thx for making this video. in my instinct, i'll compare him with Rodrigo of ManCity who he is the best DM in the world i think, but i think he is more similar to Mac Alister of Liverpool. what subscribes i will give to him? he's SKILLFULL, CLEVER player, he have talent, of course, but how about his POSITIONING, WORRATE, PHYTHICS? i cant tell only by a highlights video, maybe we need a full time replay to observe him, so after this, i will find some videos of full time replay to watch. just in my fancy, he is between Declan and Thomas in features?
