If you have $350,000 to put toward an overland camper, you can imagine some pretty wild and cool features to put on it, right? Great attention to detail, this company really cares about quality and good material usage. I want to see the F550 with tons of solar options with that Powerstroke engine! Built for the apocalypse!

This kind of vehicles are a lot of money but I don't think they are overpriced. Compare this with an earthroamer. Yes, it is more luxurious, but it is still a pickup truck. Keep in mind these are not a toy for a weekend warrior, they are for the kind of people that travel for months or even years at a time. Having said that, there is a couple of things I did not like: - The range is nowhere enough and the thing is too thirsty even compared with other vehicles of this class. - Lots of fabric covering the walls (unless I mistook the material). That's a pita to maintain clean and you can tear it if you are not careful. - Single glass/policarbonate windows?. If you want a good insulation you should use for 2 sheets.

Definitely looks more useable than Will Smith's $2M+ motorhome. At least that truck can almost go anywhere with the 6x6. I love the motorbike hitch at the back. It's like a traveling bachelor's pad

I have a Ford Ka from 1998, it's a small 2-doors city car. And in the twisty streets of my old medieval city of Brussels, I barely get 10L/100km. So 40L/100km for that behemoth is actually quite impressive. Especially if you take into account that fuel is a quarter of the price in the US. I pay €1,5 per Liter here (= $6/Gal). So I pay the same money to ride an old mini car in Europe, than I would driving a house in the US. Can you feel how jealous I am ? :(

I'm sorry I cant resist to comment on this! there is no way I would ever pay $350,000.00 for this build, I saw way to many flaws and shortcuts in the quality. I feel bad for the person who bought it. just to mention a few things that show their care in quality on smaller stuff and only god knows what they did with the more important things. the seems in the celling, why are the screws not all aligned with the screw holding the piece next to it?...The drawer under the bed, you can clearly see the edge of the carpet that was not even trimmed or covered with edging. and in the bathroom the back of the toilet is not even sealed to the wall and the drain in the shower is not sealed to the floor!!!. This is just a few flaws of many that I saw. I understand a new company wanting to hurry and get your product to a show but you NEVER take your flagship truck with that many flaws. Makes people not trust your work in putting out a good product. AND if you let these things slide to get it in the publics eye, always point out the left out details to show your costumers you did it intentionally to get the concept to the public and let them know a true finished product will not reflect these flaws. Transparency= trust!

The t.v. location doesn't make a lot of sense and they should've probably put some bins in those cupboards to help secure things a bit more for travel. Kind of cool seeing some of these trucks I drove in the military used for stuff like this in the civilian world though.

This truck is very nice and clearly well thought out but it lacks a homey feel. At this price point I would want somthing feels more like a home away from home I think this is accomplished quite well by the earth roamers. But maybe the point is a military truck through and through.
