If you don't hire a lawyer or investment firm be sure of 3 things 1. Don't tell anyone you won until you cash the ticket. 2. Always take the 30 year payments regardless of your age. 3. Because you become a target, you have to remain alive to collect future payments. Don't let greed get to you and take the lump sum. You give up way too much.
