@@stkittsandnevisislandlife2117 I guess compared to Barbados..... maybe that's why St. Kitts has the CBI without requiring residence on the island, because they know retired folks might not be able to handle the hilly streets and sidewalks. Whereas Barbados doesn't have a CBI program for the opposite reason!

Those are some very beautiful houses, the only criticism I have is the windows in those large homes are too small. Larger windows will always bring out the beauty in a big house . Any way bro lovely video ✌🏾✌🏾💯

They’re that small because the bigger the windows the higher the chances of wind damages from hurricanes. Although beautiful to have big windows, it’s not practical.

Nice video. I've been looking for something like this that shows us how and where people actually live on the island. Most people just show the tour sites and resorts. As someone considering the St Kitts CBI for a second home and asylum in the near future, this is an eye opener for me.

If you haven't tried "Pizza Boys" right next to the Sugar Bay Hotel and Rituals, I recommend you do. The best. Loved the saltfish pizza. Cannot get any fresher done right infront of you and you can order in advance and collect.

What are the flatter less hilly neighborhoods called? I guess they would be more vulnerable to the hurricanes than the areas in the hilly areas if the flatter areas exist (like in Aruba and Barbados)??

That's if you can afford it. It's very expensive to live there. Not sure if the future is bright with the net carbon zero policies being placed on countries. St Kitts relies heavily on imported fossil fuels to run its energy infrastructure.

Family has a very large plot in the bird rock area in a prime part. Mot sure yet if too build or sell. Think more on the line of selling. As much as sk is nice, couldn't live there. A bigger city for me.

Do you mind naming a few hotels that are in or very close to Frigate Bay because that's where all the night life is - bars, clubs, restaurants, and eating spots and so on.

Are there quiet areas in Frigate Bay that are geared towards older folks but near amenities? Do you have any information about health insurance and costs of medical services?

Frigate bay is a melting pot many different nations, races and people of all age resides there, its a beautiful place to live people of any age, I'm not about health care here, you can research it on line
