I was into nitro about 15 years ago. Electrics have come a long way since then. Much more fun for little ones, (including myself), so for the price it will be fun to get back into rc! All the internal components are the exact same a the Feiyue-FY03, which you can get cheaper on Amazon; the only difference here is the shell and lack of roll cage.

Yes! This is so true. I have the FY03 for about 2 years and only one part has broken! They’re insanely well built for the price and very well designed not to mention all the after support!

I have had this rc car for 3 YEARS and put it through absolutely EVERYTHING and this thing IS A BEAST and can handle EVERYTHING.

Kev, love the channel. I collected the big brother of this truck the FY-08. It did not do as well as this one during your review, but I’ve had better success except for a weakness that both share -- the shocks. I’m wondering if you can recommend some oil filled replacements. Wouldn’t mind seeing an upgrade done on the channel. BTW I love your grave digger builds. I’m in the US and attended a few Monster Jam events back in the 80’s when Bigfoot was king. I have two RC monster trucks, a Kyosho Double Dare and a more recent Redcat Racing Ground Pounder. Both were chosen for 4WS. Hopefully I can try my hand at building something similar to your grave diggers later this year. If you get a chance to grab a Ground Pounder I think you would love it. I don’t think it will bash, but for a mini monster jam it has the right formula. Stay safe during the pandemic. Ron

I have the 6x6 brushless version and it's mental Also I would recommend changing the driveshafts to metal ones because the plastic ones can break pretty easily sometimes especially the rear one if it gets hit Other than that the fy0 models are pretty indestructible

You have so much energy, and fun in the videos and the phrases and just everything keeps you engaged in the video, and it just helps it carry on without getting boring, plus you can tell you put effort into the videos because some youtubers won’t link or help out the viewers in the description or anything. Got mine couple months ago love it broke it new new screw for rear ended . Drove off three foot wall and noticed it was driving side ways . Easy fix back up and driving this week. Super fun truck and fast . For the money it’s worth it.

If you like them solid rear axles on short course trucks, check out the feiyu fy08. A mini UDR which looks really awesome. It even has a inner roll cage, fake fans, two spare tyres on the back and mini drivers.

That's one truck I'd own. Given the price of parts I think I might build one from scratch!

I can't help but laugh at the staircase of doom. Each car cautiously creeping towards the steps, then tumbling down reminds me of a puppy being faced with going downstairs for the first time.

Let’s go, my order should be coming within 5 days, it was just under £100 with the coupon. I got the RC buggy, the battery and charger, and the remote was bought for £25 separately sold... It was £100 in total, but I think it was total worth my money. Will let you experiences with the RC buggy when I get it! I am so looking forward to my first Bangood Buggy!

You should test out the Remo hobby rocket, it was my first RC car and it is quite fast for a 1/16 scale RC car and it’s very cheap and very indestructible

I used them springs an cut them on my merv an they are great much stronger an i didnt have to buy anything i like reuseing stuff before i get rid of it great vid man

You can get aftermarket parts like shocks arms steering and I have the same one and I got oil filled rear shocks and it makes the jumping way way better

You put it through hell but it held up much better than I expected. Unreal ! A little epoxy on the broken front and it is back up and as good as new.

I love this channel i have to say for the durability and the speed this is a dirt cheap cars i know for a fact that some of the losi mini rc cars are more expensive

I brought this rc car for my 7 year old son he loves it his had it nearly a year and he has only snapped an arm which was my fault as I was crashing in to him with my kraton lol but we replaced them with metal ones and it’s been all good since I only payed £50 for his one brand new off eBay
