Can we do this daily for whole 3rd trimester.. only this excercise are enough or everyday they need to be different

Hi Shahira! Yes you can actully do this whole of third trimester if you have no complications in your pregnancy.

Exercise is good but you should give at least30 sec break so that we can take position at place you are very fast with all exercises quickly you are changing the position i am not able to cop up with you
