I live in the desert where it is extremely dry and dusty. I shampoo and deep condition twice a week. Cowash 2-3 times a week between shampooing. Yes. I use hair grease. My scalp loves it. It’s important to keep your hair hydrated and conditioned. My hair loves water and conditioner. I have no problems with tangles and shedding because I keep my hair clean, hydrated and conditioned.

This was great, lots of potential. Suggestion- Jeff is a great lookin dude, so how about shooting this with 2 cameras, one off to the side, and cut back and forth. I think it would give it a more cinematic feel. Looking forward to more!

Correction: catching a spider and putting it outside will almost certainly kill it as many spiders are only able to live in an indoor environment. Unfortunately if you want the spider to survive your best bet is to simply move them to a different part of your indoor space that you do not go as frequently like a basement, crawl space, or laundry room
