They build stories and arguments with the purpose of coaxing an emotional reaction from their listeners/voters/audience/judge. They're comfortable talking on a stage. In 2018 I had to wait for nearly 6 hours to vote. Insane! This year was quick. I have to admit. I voted early in the heneral and voted on election Day in the runoff and neither time did I wait more than a few minutes. Actually, both times I literally went in and waited no time. That's an anomaly though here in atlanta. they try their best to make us stand in line forever and certain areas.

Georgia had to have a runoff because their law is that unless a candidate gets 50% of the vote, there will be a runoff. This happened, as it so often happens in GA, because there was a 3rd party candidate who took just enough votes.
