I sleep with a herkimer and mildavite piece in my pillow with some arfvedsonite - on my bedside table I have my crystal shrine if you will lol, every crystal and mineral yiu could imagine so I'm sure the grounding and gentle ones help to not overwhelm me. But I also place around 14 stones, 7 big ones and 7 smaller ones usually in line with my head under a cushion on my bed which include pollucite, petalite, astrophyllite, Ruby record keeper, golden healer, lemurian quartz etc and each night I have the most vivid dreams but I also get a full night's sleep and when I wake its like I've come out of a portal and back to earth. I have been working with astral projection, lucid dreaming and high energy crystals for about 12 ish years and now don't get overwhelmed but am able to use the energy as I need it and let it be no matter the frequency, this came with experience and time though i believe, as well as some work lol.. but fun and vital work! I'm adding the full 12 synergy stones and ascension stones daily as of today to this group. Can't wait to work with phenakite, the azeztulites, scolecite and natrolite specifically!! you can get smaller ones for a bit cheaper, but they're expensive because they are really powerful.

@@adambarralet my baby a black cat has been actually sleeping on top of me. Got it 3 days ago and I'm having major headaches. I got some tourmaline and libian desert glass. I put the diamond and the glass together on a bandana and over my 3rd eye. My question is if i should have the crystals touch my skin or if inside the bandana is ok. Also reason I haven't gotten moldevite is because I'm too emotional and having my mom with terminal cancer and other major issues in my life I don't want to speed up her death process if you know what I mean. That's why I got herkiner diamond for 3rd eye and up chakras and libian desert glass for my solar plexus and lower. Is this a good path or should I just get moldevite too to have all 7 chakras working. Sorry for the kings length message with so many questions.
