What bothers me a lot is the colour of my strap, but it's different for every bag. And also you can't close the bag completely.

I’m looking for the evelyn tpm for several years. As you know that it’s very very hard to meet it. but today I got the evelyn mini which is the right same thing. honestly I want more dark color but when I met this Bleu pale Evelyn tpm, Wow so beautiful pastel color. now I’m glad to see you who have same color evelyn tpm.😊

I just scored a black tpm in Hawaii by just politely asking. She initially said she doesn’t have it but before I leave she ushered me into the private room! Super exciting 😊

@@brandeecakes oh my! That was my first time asking for a mini Eve. I bought a blue oran, she rang my purchase and told me to look around first. We chatted for a little bit about Japan (she’s Japanese) and I told her how I found the sushi in Japan melts in my mouth as compared to US… and lo and behold she got me a mini Eve in black with gold hardware 😍

I love the color and the combination of the strap as well. Very pretty ❤ I have had a Mini Evelyne (in blue brighton) for 5 years. The strap was a bit dirty, so last week I washed it 😮😊 I soaked it for 20-30 minutes in almost cold water with a splash of gentle detergent, then washed it gently. I know, that the strap contains wool, so I was expecting a bit of shrinking, although the water wasn’t hot. When it dried, I measured the strap and compared it to the brand new one that I have and there was a slight difference of about 1.5 cm. It doesn’t bother me, it’s not THAT noticeable. What you have to be aware of, is the leather parts. As long as they are wet, they will transfer colour, so be mindful of that. Your blue is very gentle, I wouldn’t worry, because the transfer is minimal. Of course you can bring the bag for spa in the store, they might even exchange the straps. I didn’t want to wait that long, this is why I washed it myself.

If something happens to your bag with color transfer or the leather (God forbid) go to a good cobbler in Portugal we have many.

Whaaaat ? How ? You should go back in store or write to the aftercare they should find you a. Solution. 🫶🏻 in the meantime you can wear it with a Twilly 😀
