After 9 months of working from home and also gaming with the Atlas headrest (about 2k hours) + my Herman Miller Embody, I finally feel ready to share my thoughts on whether it's worth the investment on top of an already premium-priced ergonomic chair.

I got two embody chairs. The one in my office has the atlas headrest that I had preordered. Today I decided to order one for my second chair as well that I use at home, because it is fantastic.

I have the gaming embody, no headrest yet, but maybe I'll get it someday. The Embody is obviously a very nice chair although I do kinda wish the padding was a but thicker.

Thanks for stopping by! Do you mean the padding on the seat pan or back? I have a video showing how to add foam to the seat pan. I hadn’t thought too much about the padding on the back of the chair, other than thinking you don’t get that nice “ahhhhh” feeling when initially sitting in the chair.

Great video mate, really interested in getting this, but I'm just wondering about the embody in general, did you ever / do you still feel the plastic in the lower back? I've only sat in the chair for about 5 days total so far and I've seen some people say it goes away / get used to it?
