But here is a situation where the CinC has assumed the role of Almighty and blurred the clear distinction between the military and politics. The school projects in those areas, were assigned to KDF .so ogolla had aright to inspect those project's. After completion KDF was to hand them over to the government. Its abig project schools domentries, teachers accommodations ,police stations and accommodation. Its abig project ran by KDF.
